Registration for Nominees and Shortlisting Process

1. 1.The My Planet Travel Awards are open to any organisation that wishes to enter, including international and Russian hotels, resorts, destinations and service providers.
2. 2.Registration for My Planet Travel Awards must be submitted online on the My Planet Travel Awards website.
3. 3.Each individual registration will be subject to an administration fee of 380 euros. The administration fee must be paid within 7 days after the online registration.
4. 4.Companies may enter more than one award with each individual registration subject to an administration fee of 380 euros.
5. 5.Registration will be confirmed on receipt of full payment of the administration fee for the relevant award entered.
6. 6.All registrants will be included on the nominees’ list for the award category that they register for.
7. 7.Each registrant must supply a brief description in English or Russian (maximum 80 words) and brand image. The organizers will translate where necessary into Russian for inclusion in the list.
8. 8.Nominees will listed on the My Planet Travel Awards website for the public vote which will run from 1 August to 10 September 2011.
9. 9.Nominees may cancel their participation in the Awards by notifying the organisers in writing within 14 days of submitting their registration. Nominees who cancel within 14 days will be eligible for a full refund of the administration fee.
10. 10.Submission of registration indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry.
11. 11.All registrants will be eligible to use the My Planet Travel Awards 2011 brand on promotional material and other literature.
12. 12.Upon registration and completion of full payment, nominees will receive electronic notification and the My Planet Travel Awards 2011 ‘e-button’ to display on their website.
13. 13.Each registrant will be entitled to promotion in dedicated email shot(s) to My Planet Travel Awards database of travel industry representatives in Russia and around the world and to registered My Planet Travel Award 2011 voters, for distribution by the organisers during the voting period. The timing of the distribution of the email shot will be at the discretion of the organisers.
14. 14.Winners may be required for promotional activity.

Awards

1. 15.Awards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The organisers accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Awards.
2. 16.My Planet Travel Award winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 22 September 2011.

Awards Procedure

1. 17.The winner in each award will be the nominee that receives the most votes from the public vote as of midnight on 10 September 2011.
2. 18.Voting will take place on the My Planet website from 1 August to 10 September 2011.
3. 19.To vote, members of the public must register with a unique email address.
4. 20.The organisers reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Awards or any feature thereof with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

Awards Ceremony

1. 21.The 2011 My Planet Travel Awards will be presented at a gala dinner in Moscow on 22 September 2011.
2. 22.The gala dinner will be televised on Russian TV network.
3. 23.Attendance at the gala dinner is by ticket only. Tickets are available for purchase from the organizers.
4. 24.By attending the gala dinner participants agree to be recorded, and appear in any resulting broadcast of the event.

Voter Registration

1. 25.To vote in the My Planet Travel Awards it is necessary to register. Voter registration must be completed in the Russian language.
2. 26.A maximum of one voter registration per person is permitted. To register it is necessary to provide a unique email address, which will automatically be cross referenced which the computer’s IP address. Multiple submissions from the same IP address will be not be permitted.
3. 27.In registering to vote you are required to provide certain personal information, denoted by an asterisk on the registration form.
4. 28.If you register to vote, you agree to receive emails from the organisers including information about each nominee and competition updates.
5. 29.If you register to vote, you will be eligible for competition prizes.
6. 30.If you wish to be removed from this database, please contact the organisers.

Prize Draw for Competitions

1. 31.The winner of each competition will be selected from those who voted during the period set for that specific competition.
2. 32.Only voters aged 18 and over are eligible for the prize draw.
3. 33.The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random from all the eligible entries.
4. 34.Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date.
5. 35.If any winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 7 days, the organisers will re-draw and select a new winner of the relevant prize (and the same acceptance period will apply).
6. 36.The prizes involving travel, accommodation and restaurant bookings may be provided by a third party tour operator or agent and bookings will therefore be subject to their standard terms and conditions and/or further conditions, which will be made available to the winner.
7. 37.The organisers are not responsible for cancellation, delays or changes to travel times or any other part of the prize or for the inability of the prizewinner to take up any part of the prize due to problems with travel or any other factor outside the organiser’s control.
8. 38.The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize. Prize winners must pay all other costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. The organisers retain the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of similar value in the event that the original prizes offered are not available.
9. 39.Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
10. 40.The organisers accepts no liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw.
11. 41.Entry into the prize draw is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
